What is the process of coming in to see a surgeon — from consultation to surgery?

After the initial phone call, patients will be scheduled with one of our surgeons. At the initial consultation, patients will be counseled on treatment options based on their concerns. After the consultation, patients will meet with our scheduler to coordinate a date for the procedure, review costs for the procedure and schedule pre-operative and post-operative appointments.

Does the consultation fee apply towards the surgery?

It is possible that $150 of the consultation fee will apply towards surgical costs if there are no other discounts for the procedure.

How much does surgery cost?

Every patient is unique, which means each treatment must be tailored to meet the needs of each individual. We suggest scheduling a consultation with one of our surgeons to determine the best options and obtain exact price quotes for the procedure.

What is the average length of time it takes to schedule surgery after my initial consultation?

We are usually able to schedule surgery approximately 2 weeks after initial consultation. This timing may be longer depending on surgeons’ schedules.

Can I schedule my consult and also my surgery at the same time?

During your initial phone call, you may request to schedule both your consultation and surgery. Our schedulers will do their best to work with your desired time frame; however, the schedule is limited to particular dates and times at each surgical facility. Please note that our office will charge a $250.00 cancellation fee for cancelled surgeries.

WOULD MY AGE DISQUALIFY ME FROM HAVING A PROCEDURE DONE?

Absolutely not. The age-related changes in the skin will help the providers determine what procedure(s) best meet your goals. The best way to determine candidacy is to schedule a consultation with one of our experts. During this consultation, they will evaluate your areas of concern and recommend the best options for you.

What is the CoolSculpting process — from phone call to procedure?

At the initial consultation, patients will be counseled on CoolSculpting treatment, examined to determine candidacy for the procedure and receive treatment options based on their concerns. After the consultation, patients will meet with our CoolSculpting scheduler to coordinate a date for the procedure, review costs for the procedure and schedule follow-up appointments.

How much is an average CoolSculpting procedure?

Does CoolSculpting hurt?

From CS website:

As the name suggests, the CoolSculpting procedure can be a little chilly. Controlled cooling is delivered via an applicator to freeze the targeted fat. Though you may feel intense cold initially, this feeling usually subsides within 5 to 10 minutes as the area numbs. Because most applicators use a vacuum to draw fatty tissue into the applicator cup, you may also feel some pulling, tugging and/or mild pinching.
