Doctor Jefferies and his team were incredible - we saw them when my baby daughter needed a careful approach to sewing a cut on her face. They fit us in extremely quickly knowing the urgency of the situation and helped us so much during a really upsetting moment. I feel we got incredible and expert care from a truly kind team that took care of our daughter. I am confident she’ll heal very well.

From the beginning these doctors and staff have been amazing. Any questions or concerns I call or text and they are answering back within asap. They are great at explaining everything from the beginning to surgery day. I had surgery April 9, 2024 and doing really good. I had drains before and taking them out hurt so bad, well here at the center I don't know what they did differently but I had zero pain! Dr. Burke and his team at the surgery facility were also fantastic, made me feel at ease, explained what they were doing before they did it. Just wanted to say to go see them and see what they can do for you, for me I'm impressed.

I am from Cleveland and was on vacation. I was referred to Dr. Jeffries from the ER at Munson because of a severe facial laceration. I was taken care of immediately and the doctor was professional, courteous and reassuring of what my results would be. Seeing the huge gruesome gash in my cheek was scary and he did the most amazing job. If you saw my before and after photos you would be amazed! Awesome overall experience!!!

The Center's staff was absolutely amazing. We had a great experience with the front desk staff, they were very knowledgeable and kind. My pre-op nurse, Lizzy was so maternal and sweet to me. I enjoyed meeting my anesthesiologist and his assistant who joked with me and made me feel at ease. Dr. Jefferies was very professional and I was comforted to know that he was the one to do my surgery. My surgical nurses were all very kind (in the short amount of time I saw them lol) and my post op nurse was absolutely fantastic. I wish I remembered her name. I was shaking uncontrollably and she wrapped me up in warm blankets like a little burrito and spoon fed me ice chips. I was so grateful to have her. Everyone was fantastic and they made my experience as pleasant as possible.
